This annual event honors Cooperman-Bogue KidsFirst Award winners and H. Browning Spence Education Award recipients. The Cooperman-Bogue KidsFirst Award honors outstanding Pinellas County social service professionals for their life-changing work with children and families, while the H. Browning Spence Education Award provides financial assistance to promising young adults, formerly in foster care, who are furthering their education.
