Cindy Bell, Director of Facilities Management, Information Technology and Training

Cindy Bell is the Director of Facilities Management, Information Technology and Training and has worked in Child Welfare for 25 years. She received her baccalaureate degree in social work from Western Illinois University and her master's degree in Human Services from Nova University. Previously from Illinois, Cindy worked for Camelot Care Centers, Inc, a residential treatment center for children exhibiting social dysfunction, as a social worker. A job transfer landed her in Tampa, Florida as she worked her way to become Administrator of private 32-bed psychiatric hospital.

In 1999 Cindy joined the JWB Children’s Services Council and worked to develop and implement a standards-based comprehensive review process for not-for-profit agencies in Pinellas County Florida. In August 2003, Cindy (through JWB) contracted with the YWCA of the USA to provide consultation services to support its development and implementation of a peer review process for its affiliate organizations.
