Central Florida Behavioral Health Network
Systems_Navigator.doc: Provides initial screening, primarily by phone, for families seeking services and links with an assessment. Provides primary care coordination and case management services for assigned caseload. Acts as the lead for the familiy team conferencing process. Acts as an expert for other team members regarding available community resources. Master's degree in social services or behavioral field and two (2) years experience working with children and families, or Bachelor's degree in social services or behavioral health field with at least five (5) years of experience working with children and families. Utilization Manager: Assist the Quality Director in the development, implementation and evaluation of the overall utilization management program for the corporation. Master's degree with a major in social services or associated area and 3-5 years relevant experience. License preferred. Must pass background screen. Data Liaison: Assist providers with data submissions and provide technical assistance related to data submission issues. Generate and analyze SQL and MS Access reports for utilization management reporting. Strong SQL and MS Access knowledge a must. Bachelor's degree preferred with 5 years experience in data management.
