Pam Needham is a Senior Contract Manager responsible for developing and executing contracts with provider agencies; processing budget amendments; and providing technical assistance to contracted agencies. She has been with JWB since 1997 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
