Shannon Cohen-Phillips, Information Technology Associate

Shannon Cohen-Phillips is an Information Technology Associate and joined JWB in 2005. She provides technological assistance to JWB's staff, including troubleshooting problems with printers and copiers and assisting with use of the company telephone system. Shannon coordinates computer lab set up and audio visual equipment for trainings or meetings in JWB conference rooms. She also assists with training users on SAMIS - the database used to track outcomes of JWB programs. She provides relief to the JWB switchboard operator; works on JWB's yearly inventory of all equipment; and orders technology equipment.
