Shelba Waldron, Training Manager

Shelba Waldron is the Training Manager at JWB and has been a part of JWB since 2006. She has spent fifteen years working with adolescents in residential settings with a focus on team-building and wellness initiatives. Her master's degree is in Criminal Justice and she is a nationally certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. She has recently developed a passion for educating human service professionals, as well as students and parents about the dangers and consequences of bullying.

In her free time she enjoys teaching young adults a little known activity called winterguard and is proud to have made it a part of her life for the last 23 years.
