Strategic Planning

In November 2006, JWB’s Board, Staff, Community Councils, and Funded Agencies embarked on an intensive process to identify our priority areas.  The culmination of the day-long event, at the St. Petersburg College Collaborate Labs, rendered the most productive investments were determined.  As a result, the following were selected as the Strategic Areas of Focus:

In April 2008, the agency completed a strategic alignment process that reconciled the entire children’s programming portfolio within these three strategic areas of focus.
