North County Community Council

In North Pinellas County, it’s the United Way’s ALICE Report that inspires and informs the Council’s work. The report’s acronym says it all: Asset-Limited, Income-Constrained, Employed. These are real families who are working hard yet struggle to afford basic necessities.
